This policy explains what personal data clappe.shop collects, why, and your choices. We aim to collect only what we need to run the marketplace.
1. What we collect
Contact details you enter (name, email, phone), delivery address for physical orders, the contents of messages and reviews you submit, and basic technical/usage signals (device, pages viewed, searches) used to operate and improve the marketplace. We do not store full card numbers — card data is handled directly by Stripe.
2. How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, bookings, and messages; to provide buyer protection and prevent fraud; to show your order history via your order reference; and to understand and improve how the marketplace performs.
3. Who we share it with
The relevant seller receives the details needed to fulfil your order or reply to you. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We use a small number of infrastructure and analytics processors under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Cookies & local storage
We store a cart and a guest “buyer token” in your browser so your selections and past bookings/messages persist without an account, plus an anonymous session id for analytics. These are functional and analytics uses — not advertising trackers.
5. Retention & your rights
We keep order and transaction records as required for accounting and dispute resolution, and other data only as long as needed. Subject to your local law, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us to make a request.
